Last year, Sound on Sound writer and voiceover talent Jason Bermingham transformed a European cruise around the Iberian Peninsula into a working holiday by building a functional recording studio inside one of the ship’s cabins.

During this session Jason, along with Simone Kliass, will showcase the equipment and acoustical know-how you need to work in remote locations – ranging from home studios to hotel rooms, from rental cars to cruise ships, from airplanes to space stations (when that day comes!)

This session will encourage creativity. Participants will be asked to think outside the booth – giving them more freedom to travel, while providing clients with high-quality audio recordings from just about anywhere on the planet.
